I am a Lecturer in the Linguistics Department at Tel Aviv University. I did my PhD studies in Linguistics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and was a postdoc at Institut Jean Nicod in École normale supérieure, at the Language, Logic and Cognition Center (LLCC) in The Hebrew Univesity of Jerusalem, and at the Cukier-Goldstein-Goren Center for Mind and Language (MILA) in Tel Aviv University.
My research concerns the Semantics and Pragmatics of Natural Language, with particular interest in the semantics of plurality and tense and in exhaustivity.
My full name is Moshe Elyashiv (משה אלישיב), but I'm mostly just Moysh (מויש).
